Step 1 – Go to website and click the yellow Lost Password link.
Step 2 – Type in your email address and click Get New Password (see below).
You will then see this screen:
Step 3 – Go check your email – it may take up to 10 minutes – for something from “AFNA” with subject “AFNA – Password Reset”. Click the link at the bottom of the email and it will take you back to the website.
Step 4 – Back at the website, type in a new password and click yellow button ‘Reset Password’.
Step 5 – Now log in with your email address and new password.
